90-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 90-day perfect fit guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 90 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number
  2. Provide a brief reason for the return
  3. We will email you a return authorization and prepaid return shipping label
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Attach the return label and ship the package

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item received was defective or incorrect
  • The return is due to our error

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We can exchange items for a different size if available. To exchange an item:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  2. Specify the size you would like to exchange for
  3. Follow the return process outlined above
  4. We will ship the new size once we receive the returned item

If the new size is more expensive, you will be charged the difference. If it is less expensive, you will be refunded the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return and refund under the same 90-day guarantee policy.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
